ORDERING: We are available Tuesday thru Saturday 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM (EST), CLOSED Sunday and Monday. If we are not available, please leave a message with your name and phone number and we will return your call as soon as possible. Our Fax (770-516-6959) is available 24 hours a day for new account forms or correspondence.
We DO NOT require a minimum order. However, we do have a minimum shipping charge of $8.00. It is our policy to have all items in stock. In the event we are out of stock, please reorder. We will refund your money for a product if it is unavailable. If your order is prepaid by check or money order, we will credit your next order.
PRICES: Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change without notice. Special quoted prices are valid for 30 days.
PAYMENT METHODS: We will call you with the invoice total, which will include the shipping charges when your order is packaged and ready to ship or pickup. We will take your credit card information then, unless you are a COD customer, Net30 account or are picking up your order.
NOTE: Georgia businesses are required to have a signed Sales Tax Resale Certificate on file. Returned checks are subject to $35.00 fee.
NET 30 ORDERS: It is our policy to add 1.5% finance charge to any invoices after 31 days from invoice date. We will ship no orders if your account is Past Due. Accounts that are past 31 days 3 times will be removed from Net 30 and may only order by pre-pay or C.O.D.
